On the 25:th of may 2018 the new GDPR law started to apply. This law regulates how personal data is handled, shared and stores in Europe. Loot Land Ltd. is responsible for safety of the data needed to handle purchases, or the data provided for marketing purposes such as newsletters. Loot Land Ltd. does not share any data to a third party except for the ones mentioned below.

Personal data is any data that can be tied to a specific person.
What kind of data do we collect?
To be able to handle orders and our customer service we store the following data:
First and last name, address, phone numbers, email and purchase history. We store this information for seven years due to accounting laws in Sweden.
What data is shared?

When you place an order your data is shared with the payment gateway. The data that is shared is your first and last name, address, phone number and email. This data is shared to be able to complete purchases and prevent fraud. We use PayPal as our payment gateway.
To ship your order we need to share some information with the shipping company. We share first and last name, address, email and/or mobile number. We're using the Asendia and DHL for shipments.
If you've agreed to subscribe to our newsletter we share your first, last name and email with our newsletter service. The information is needed to use the service and provide a personal touch. We are currently using Mailchimp for our newsletters.
