We use this information to maintain a record of your transaction history and facilitate fulfilment of purchases.

Customer Support Ticket ID & User Communications with Support: Name, Customer ID, Device Information, App Information email address (if you choose to disclose your email), photo (if you choose to upload one to illustrate the error), and details of ticket and error.

  • provide troubleshooting, such as addressing and remediating technical issues and bugs.
