At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
The GTFO Shop will send you several e-mails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Please note that we do not provide tracking numbers due to security reasons. Instead you will be provided with a tracking link found in the shipment confirmation e-mail. We will also e-mail a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from the carrier that your purchase has been delivered.
We work hard to have all orders sent out from our warehouse as soon as possible, within 3-10 business days at the latest. The arrival time after that is then dependent on the carrier and which country you live in. For international orders UPS Express Saver Delivery is our standard service. You will be able to follow your order with the tracking link you received in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Having second thoughts? If you’ve recently made a purchase through our website (shop.gtfothegame.com), (“the GTFO Store”) and want a refund or exchange, you’re in the right place.
Products you purchase through the GTFO Store are generally eligible for a refund or exchange. However, certain types of items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, like perishable goods, sale items and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
How to return or exchange an item.
Send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Items sent back without confirmation from us may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Pack up your item in its original box and arrange for it to be shipped back to us. A returned item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn and unused, unsoiled and odor free and with tags still attached. You’ll also need to include the order number, your name & address and reason for return in the package.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return and we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items that we do not receive.
If you are sending your package from outside the European Union, please make sure to fill out any required customs forms correctly including choosing the shipment reason option “Returned Goods” or equivalent, as the GTFO Store will not pay for any customs costs in relation to the return. All customs & duty compensation claims need to be addressed to your domestic customs & duty authorities or/and logistics partner.
