Having second thoughts? If you’ve recently made a purchase through our website (shop.gtfothegame.com), (“the GTFO Store”) and want a refund or exchange, you’re in the right place.

Products you purchase through the GTFO Store are generally eligible for a refund or exchange. However, certain types of items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, like perishable goods, sale items and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

 

How to return or exchange an item.

  • Send an e-mail to shop@gtfothegame.com requesting a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Items sent back without confirmation from us may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Pack up your item in its original box and arrange for it to be shipped back to us. A returned item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn and unused, unsoiled and odor free and with tags still attached. You’ll also need to include the order number, your name & address and reason for return in the package.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return and we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items that we do not receive.
  • If you are sending your package from outside the European Union, please make sure to fill out any required customs forms correctly including choosing the shipment reason option “Returned Goods” or equivalent, as the GTFO Store will not pay for any customs costs in relation to the return. All customs & duty compensation claims need to be addressed to your domestic customs & duty authorities or/and logistics partner.

  • When we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that the processing time for the refund is dependent on your payment method.
  • In the case of an exchange, the replacement item will be sent out instead of a refund. We offer free shipping on replacement items.
