In case of Bad Stuff happening to your order, i.e. we sent you the wrong item, it arrived broken or not at all, please contact us asap so we can make it right. Issues must be brought to our attention as soon as they have been discovered, but please note that we will not address any claims made later than 30 days after the order has been received.

Send the e-mail asap to shop@gtfothegame.com, letting us know what’s wrong.

 

  • Include pictures of the item and the parcel it arrived in if the item is damaged.

 

  • If we ask for an item in return, it must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn and unused, unsoiled and odour free and with tags still attached.

 

  • If your claim is approved, our customer support will help you solve the issue.

 

  • If a return of wrong or damaged item is arranged, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase after we have received and inspected your return. Please note that the processing time for the refund is dependent on your payment method.

 

  • In the case of an exchange, the replacement item will be sent out instead of a refund.
